New to Pandora?

Your story, Your bracelet, Your design.

Pandora's range of beautiful hand finished Charms, Bracelets, Necklaces and Rings have all been designed with combinations in mind.
Create and combine and tell your own story.

Design your own unique Pandora Bracelet choosing charms to represent your life's magic Moments and wear your bracelet as a collection of wonderful memories represented by each charm and make your moments last forever.

The strength of the Pandora charm bracelet is in the high quality, detailed design of the unique threaded system and the beautiful hand finish of each and every piece of Pandora jewellery.

Each bracelet is divided into 3 sections by small threads which the clips are then attached to. Each charm is crafted with interior threads which allows the charms to move freely and rotate slightly with your wrist's movement creating an undeniably eye catching effect. To hold the charms within each segment two clips should be placed over the two threads on the bracelet.

Think about the colours and style of jewellery you, or the person you are buying for like to wear. This will help you to decide if a Sterling Silver, Oxidised Silver (Polished Dark Grey in colour), Leather (various colours from Black to Pearl Grey) or a 14K Gold Pandora bracelet will suit your style and colouring best.

Step 1 - Choose Your Bracelet Style and then select your Pandora Bracelet length.

Once you have decided which Pandora Bracelet you prefer, leather, polished silver, oxidised silver, gold or a combination, you then need to choose the style of clasp you would like. Pandora offers two styles, the Lobster clasp (from £45.00), a traditional trigger clasp which is easy to  open and close or the Pandora Locking Clasp, (from £60.00). The Pandora clasp clips together like a clam shell and looks like a Pandora charm when closed. It’s not quite as easy to open and Pandora have designed a specific lock opener to make it easier and save your fingernails the majority of people choose the Pandora locking clasp for its appearance and security. The new style bracelets are designed to be accessorised with clips, not charms, by design they offer a softer more relaxed fit.

To find your perfect size:

We suggest that you measure your wrist with a piece of string and then measure that against a ruler.
Ideally your bracelet should  be 2-3cm longer than your wrist size, depending on how loose or tight you like to wear your  bracelet. As you fill up your bracelet with charms, they will initially take up some of the slack, over time the bracelet may expand up to 1cm in length (this rule does not apply to the leather or 'clip' bracelets).

* 19cm is the average ladies bracelet size.
* If you have chosen a Double Leather Bracelet, sizes are as follows:
* Small (35cm), the equivalent of a 17-18cm bracelet
* Medium (38cm), the equivalent of a 19cm bracelet
* Large (41cm), the equivalent of a 20-21cm bracelet

As leather is a natural product, you may notice gentle shading and natural variations; these are merely the natural features of leather. Leather bracelets may also expand slightly over time once charms are added. With Leather Bracelets we recommend that you fill your bracelet with no more than 9 charms. Leather bracelets do not require clips.

Step 2 - Choose Your Clips and Safety Chains

Select your Pandora Clips (up to 2 per bracelet, optional). Clips are designed to keep your beads from sliding into the next section.

The clips are attached over the two threaded sections of your bracelet creating three equal sections and preventing your beads from "bunching up".

The clips, as with the Pandora clasp, are opened by sliding one fingernail into the side corner of the clip's crease. To close the clip, simply pinch the sides together over the threaded section on the bracelet. The Pandora Clasp Opener  can be used to open these clips.

A Pandora Safety Chain provides extra security if your bracelet becomes unfastened, as well as adding to your beautiful collection of charms. They are easy to attach – simply twist the beaded ends onto your bracelet as the first and last charm.

When you add items to your basket you will see an image of each item along the bottom of your screen. Have fun adding more charms, spacers, clips and safety chains until you have designed your very own Pandora Charm Bracelet.

Step 3 - Choose Your Moments

Mix and match your Pandora Charms with spacers using as many as 18 charms and/or 10 spacers per Pandora bracelet. Most spacers and some charms do not have the internal threading and simply drop on to your bracelet , we suggest that you use these between your charms to provide some definition to your bracelet and help specific beads stand out a little more. Spacers allow you to give prominance to chosen beads by separating them, ensuring they don't slide together.

Keep it simple when adding colour, you can always add more at a later stage. Sticking within a colour palette creates a more subtle sophisticated look.

The beauty of Pandora is that you can start with a few charms, adding more to commemorate your special occasions, or just because you feel like treating yourself! To create the look that you desire, attach your chosen charms by simply twisting each one on to your bracelet. Continue twisting them through until you have achieved your perfect look. Re-arranging your Pandora bracelet is easy. Simply untwist the charms and start again. Add as many beads as you like for a full look or just a few beads to allow more movement in each section. If you decide to buy a few charms now you can create an account and a list of all your purchases will be kept in your Account area, which you can log into at any time, giving you a full order history. The Wish List is a great way of remembering which Pandora charms you would like in the future and you can email your Wish List to your family and friends, dropping gentle hints to let them know which ones you would like for your next Birthday, Christmas or special occasion.

When you add items to your basket you will see an image of each item along the bottom of your screen. Have fun adding more charms, spacers, clips and safety chains until you have designed your very own Pandora Charm Bracelet.

Your combination of MOMENTS is a unique celebration of who you are. It's about being true to yourself and making your unforgettable moments last forever.

We sell only genuine Pandora Jewellery, and we are an Official Pandora on-line retailer, we therefore guarantee the provenance of all our Pandora goods. All Pandora Charms are beautifully hand-finished using Sterling Silver and 14k Gold.

All orders are packaged with Official Pandora Packaging and all bracelets will come with a Pandora catalogue to make choosing future additions to your bracelet easier.

Looking after your Pandora Jewellery

* Gold and Silver are soft metals and become worn with use. This applies to all genuine jewellery.
* Depending on the degree of use, it is recommended that your jewellery is checked at least once a year by a goldsmith.
* In particular, it is important that clasps, mounts and soldering are checked.

Protecting Your Jewellery

We recommend that customers remove jewellery before going to bed or taking part in any physical activity, which will subject the jewellery to wear and tear. Avoid contact with make-up, creams and perfumes. Do not take a bath, a shower or do the dishes when wearing genuine jewellery with pearls.

Remember that jewellery must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, avoid swimming and hot tubs, as this makes the surface matt and dull. Try to prevent your pearls from being exposed to water and cleaning agents. Pearls must only be cleaned with a soft brush or a cloth.

Cleaning Your Jewellery

To clean your jewellery, pour a small quantity of universal cleaning agent into some lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewellery with patterns which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewellery in clean water. However, remember that this cleaning method should not be used to clean jewellery with genuine pearls or other gemstones.

A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your silver jewellery shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. Silver-polishing cloths can be purchased from us.

We do not recommend the use of silver polishing liquid. Oxidised (dark) jewellery does not benefit from being dipped in silver polishing liquid as it destroys the oxidisation. Pearls, too, cannot withstand silver polish, and even jewellery without oxidation can be damaged if you are not careful.

Oxidation

Oxidation disappears with time. How quickly depends on how the jewellery is treated. Things which can cause the oxidation to fade include: perspiration (if you wear jewellery while engagin in sport) chlorine, perfumes medicine that is excreted through the skin, cleaning agents and silver polish. Oxidation that fades is considered mormal wear and tear and is not a defect.

The Pandora bracelet does stretch. This has nothing to do with quality but a simple fact of physics. The chain, commomly known as a snake chain, is made up of small silver rings which are very tightly twisted together. As charms are added and over time as the chain 'relaxes' the bracelet will stretch anything upto 1cm.

Enamel

All enamel is Italian made without glass which makes it more durable.

About Pandora

The history of the PANDORA charm bracelet

A lasting piece of jewellery

The PANDORA universe was born as result of an idea to make quality jewellery accessible to all women, by combining contemporary and feminine design with an accessible price level. Out of this vision came the idea of designing a bracelet made of genuine high quality materials with interchangeable charms – each piece telling a story that can be mixed and matched to create a truly personal look and be a lasting symbol of life’s most cherished moments.

In 2000 the unique and patented PANDORA charm bracelet was launched. It is made in both 14k gold and high quality sterling silver and can be combined with a large range of charms in both silver and gold adorned with a variety of precious stones, pearls, enamel and Murano glass. Each individual piece of the bracelet is hand-finished to meet PANDORA’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship. The concept of the PANDORA bracelet appeals to the modern woman because of the versatility and endless opportunities to create a personal piece of jewellery. The bracelet is also a great way to use one’s creativity and play with different looks to ensure an eclectic and individual style.
