DELIVERY OPTIONS

Orders over £25.00 are posted FREE of charge using Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' service.

Orders under £25.00 are charged at £2.95 and despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' service, unless an alternative is selected at the checkout. Although this service is usually very efficient, it may take 5-10 days. This service does not carry insurance and does not have a tracking facility.

Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day) Service is available for £6.00 (FREE on orders over £75.00). This service carries insurance and offers a tracking facility.

Items which are in stock are despatched the same working day (on orders placed before 4.00pm Monday to Friday). Orders received after 4.00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay and despatch the items as soon as possible. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sunday, Bank Holidays and UK Public Holidays

A Saturday Guaranteed Royal Mail Service is available for £10.00. Orders placed Saturday-Thursday will be held and despatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Orders must be received no later than 4pm on Friday. Any orders placed after this time will not be despatched until the following week.

All deliveries require a signature.

We do not accept responsibility for delays or losses incurred by the postal service.
 
Royal Mail do not consider items as being 'lost' until 15 working days have elapsed at which point a claim against Royal Mail may be made.

Shipping overseas

Due to our terms of trading with Pandora, we are unable to ship Pandora goods overseas to countries where Pandora retailers exist. If you can supply a UK address we are more than happy to serve you.

PACKAGING

Pandora items will be wrapped in Pandora packaging.

Orders over £60.00 will be despatched with a complimentary Pandora Gift Box (one per order).

Orders under £60.00 will be despatched with a Pandora flat pack gift packet, all packaging is subject to availability, please select the number of complimentary Pandora flat pack gift packets required (max. one per charm).

If you select "I do not require any packaging", your goods will be wrapped in Pandora tissue paper and despatched with NO Gift Packets or Boxes.

Unless otherwise requested, charms will be wrapped together not individually.

All bracelets will be despatched wrapped in tissue paper and boxed. When purchased with charms, bracelets will be compiled with the charms on the bracelet and wrapped and boxed together unless otherwise requested.

If you have any specific wrapping requirements, please do not hesitate to ask and we will try to accommodate your needs wherever possible. Please specify what requirements you might have in the " Additional Information/Gift Message" Field on the Payment Information page.
 

Gift Wrap

We offer a full Gift Wrap service for £3.50 (available at Checkout). This includes Pandora Tissue paper (where appropriate), Pandora Gift Box wrapped in Pandora Wrapping Paper, all tied beautifully with Pandora Ribbon. A Pandora carrier bag is included.

Returns Information

Beadazzle operates a prompt ‘no quibble’ returns policy. If the size isn’t right or the colour/style not as expected and providing the items that you are returning are unworn and returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of purchase they can be returned for an exchange or refund.

At Christmas and other busy periods this will be extended to allow for items being purchased in advance as gifts .

Feel free to try bracelets and rings on for a few minutes to see if they fit.... but please do not wear them as silver and gold are  soft metals and are easily scratched.

We offer a first exchange free of charge, further exchanges will incur postage costs.

If in doubt, please call us on 0208 632 0246 and one of our friendly and helpful team will be happy to help, no call centres or options, just one of us at the end of a phone. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9.30-5.30. Outside of these hours you can leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible, alternatively please email us with any queries.

How to return an item 

It is our aim to make exchanges and refunds as painless as possible.

Simply print off the Returns Form, complete the form with all the relevant details, including as much information as possible and place the item you are returning, with the completed form, into a padded envelope and affix the returns address label and the correct postage (you may wish to re-use the envelope your goods arrived in).

All returns require Proof of Purchase, your order number can be found on your invoice/delivery note or any confirmation emails.

You the customer, are responsible for returning any items to us and we do not refund this cost.

Beadazzle cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit when they are being returned to us, nor do we accept responsibility for returned goods until they have been received and signed for by us.

Please return goods to us using Royal Mail’s ‘Signed For’ service. For any items of higher value we would strongly recommend using Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ service which offers full tracking and insurance.

We endeavour to handle exchanges and refunds within 24hrs of receipt, during busy periods this may take a little longer.

In some instances it is quicker and easier to place a new order for the correct item and return the original item for a refund.

When returning bracelets for exchange please remove any clips, safety chains and charms that you wish to keep and retain the box, it is yours and will only increase your postage costs.

Goods returned for refund or exchange must be unworn and in re-saleable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on goods received in poor, worn or un-saleable condition.

Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any earrings (not applicable to earring pendants). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Wrap and optional premium postage services are non-refundable.

All exchange bracelets are despatched without a box. Any boxes returned to us with goods being returned for exchange may not be returned. Please retain your box unless returning for a full refund.

You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange /refund has been completed.
